Sale items

We can only refund regular-priced items, not those on sale.

If an item designated as a gift was shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the gift’s value will be granted upon receipt of the returned product. The gift certificate will be sent to your address.

However, if the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or the giver had the order sent to themselves to gift to you later, the refund will be sent to the giver’s address, and they will be informed about the return.

Shipping Returns
